Return and Refund Policy
Vercelli ® guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the purchased goods are damaged or at the customer's will. To exercise this right, it is necessary to send a communication within 30 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods (as per Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21/02/2014). A team of professionals will examine the request and provide a response within 5 days of receiving all the data requested in the application. If the request is approved, Vercelli ® will resend a new product at its own expense or will provide a refund. The refund will cover the product itself. No other refund will be offered under any circumstances.
Who is Eligible
The right of withdrawal is reserved only for private individuals, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or by individuals who purchase to resell to third parties.
What it entails
In accordance with the most recent Italian legislation (Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n. 185), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, returning the goods subject to withdrawal to Vercelli ® , which will refund the price of the returned goods.
How to Apply
Before contacting Vercelli ® Customer Service, it is advisable to have your order number ready. Send an email to: info@vercelliofficial.com containing a declaration of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data (the order number and which products you intend to return). The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The purchased item must be in like-new condition and unused according to Article 57 of the Consumer Code.
- As required by law, shipping costs and any export taxes to Italy will be borne by the customer.
- Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal). Therefore, we recommend maximum care in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.
Attention
It is recommended to use a courier or other suitable means that allows tracking of the shipment. It is understood that Vercelli ® will not proceed with the refund of the goods subject to withdrawal if it does not receive the relative delivery.
EXCLUSION (Legislative Decree 22/5/1999 n. 185)
There is no right of withdrawal for distance selling of goods made to measure or personalized.
How is the Refund Processed?
- In case of payment by card, the refund will be made by direct credit to the account.
- In case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will be made by crediting the bank account used by the other party.
Special Cases
24 Month Warranty : After 30 days from the delivery of the package, the customer can enjoy the "24 Month Warranty."
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or workmanship issues with your watch. We will repair or replace it at no cost to you for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery of your package.
How to claim : To take advantage of the guarantee, the customer must send an email to info@vercelliofficial.com and ship the watch to the address provided by email.
Our technicians will carefully examine the watch for any malfunctions and determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or damage caused by the customer. If it is a manufacturing defect, the watch will be repaired or replaced with a new one at no additional cost.
Shipping is free only if the "24 Month Warranty" applies. Therefore, the initial shipping (from the customer to us) will be at the customer's expense. If our technicians confirm that it is a manufacturing defect, the customer can receive a refund of the shipping costs by sending the receipt via email.
Delivery failure or parcel refusal :
If the customer fails two delivery attempts or refuses delivery, Vercelli® may:
- Return the product, with shipping costs charged to the customer;
- Accept the return request, deducting shipping and handling costs from the refund.
Packages reported as not received: Once the package is delivered to the address provided by the customer and a signature is collected as proof of delivery, Vercelli® considers the delivery to be successful. The signature certifies that the package has been received and is now in the possession of the recipient. Vercelli® declines all responsibility for claims relating to non-receipt or loss of the package. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon delivery and to ensure that it is kept safe.
If the package is signed for by another person present at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, a neighbor, a concierge), the delivery will still be considered completed.
In the event of a dispute regarding delivery, Vercelli® will work with the courier to provide the necessary documentation, including proof of delivery with signature. However, once delivery has been confirmed, no further complaints for non-receipt will be accepted.
